A bit about me and this site

Hello! If you are reading this, thank you for being here! I do not expect this blog to have a huge
audience, but I do hope it will reach a few who may find it interesting.
This initially just started out as a private place for me to keep my thoughts, research, and
documentation on various topics that interest me and little projects I have worked on. However, I
thought that it was worth making it public even if only a few other people found it useful. A lot of
the subjects I talk about here are niche and have rather limited beginner friendly resources, so if
you want to learn about them, you are sort of left to figure it out on your own. I have tried to
explain things that I have been able to make sense of in a more approachable way, so that you may
find it helpful if you are also trying to learn about these topics as I am. However, I will say that
I am far from an expert on anything I talk about here. I write these posts because I enjoy it, I am
still learning and always will be. So, I encourage you to do your own research and make sense of
things on your own as well.
Some plans for this site
I intend to add a links/resources section to have a comprehensive reference list of programs, tools, websites, books, and other resources that I have found useful. Each entry will contain a description of what it is, why I liked it/found it helpful, and a link to the resource itself.I am not well-versed in HTML/CSS. Far from it in fact. This website’s code is loosely strung together from that of another basic site I made a while back, as well as bits and pieces from some different templates and tutorials. Currently, all of the blog posts reside on the same page (and in the same file…) which is hardly ideal. I am working on a solution for this to make the layout more clean and modular. I will also try and make the whole thing a bit prettier, so check back often! :)
